How to make the most of your mornings.
Good Sleep Hygiene
- Make sure you go to bed at the same time every evening
- Start with a trigger – an example is herbal tea or a relaxing smell
- Make sure you have a comfortable and safe place to sleep
- Turn off electronics
- Read/Listen to a Book
- Pray Isha’a
- Make Dhikr
- Read/Listen to Quran
Good Morning Routine
- Wake up at the same time every morning
- Make Dhikr
- Make Wudu and brush your Teeth
- Pray the appropriate prayer for the time (try and wake up at least a little before Fajr so you can at least pray Witr in the last part of the night)
- Give yourself a wake-up trigger – an example is a cup of coffee or a brisk walk
- Pray Fajr
- Make Morning Dhirk
- Make Your To-Do List and enjoy your day!
