Continue to watch the video series from Jennah Institute – There are 8 videos total.
If you haven’t, find a smell that you find relaxing. The sunnah is to burn incense, but it is acceptable to use essential oils including if you use candles made with the scent. If you have allergies, a good cup of herbal tea can be a good substitute.
In your Journal:
Write about a Surah or Surat that have some meaning to you and why.
Then create a playlist of Surah that you can listen to when you need to relax and sleep.
